All Delta-Therm™ water units feature:

Horizontally mounted pumps (this helps to extend seal life) and copper sheath heater elements (maximizes heat transfer properties). Units are available in single or multiple zone configuration, and are capable of operation to 300°F.

Our Accent Series and Upright Delta-Therm™ KB Series water circulating units include as standard a 9 KW heating element, a fully programmable, microprocessor based, PID, digital controller, and pumping capacities ranging from 3/4 HP through 7 1/2 HP ( 25 GPM to 140 GPM ).

Our Delta-Therm™ Compact S Series water circulating units ( 3/4 HP motors with 4.5 and 9 KW heaters) feature all stainless steel and non-ferrous components. They are ideally suited for injection molding machines that are 300 ton and less.

Delta-Therm™ hot oil systems:

The T Series of high temperature control units are suitable for operation to 550°F. Each unit offers a low watt density, steel sheath, heating element, long lasting, positive displacement pump, conveniently located control buttons, a fully programmable, microprocessor based, PID, digital controller, and important safety components. Single and dual zone units are available with NEMA 1 or NEMA 12 electrics.

Our TC Series air and water cooled systems offer precise control with conveniently located control buttons, a fully programmable, microprocessor based, PID, digital controller, and important safety components. All units are available with NEMA 1 or NEMA 12 electrics. Available from 1 ton to 140 ton cooling capacities

Delta-Therm Central Chillers and Cooling Tower systems:

Larger applications require larger equipment. Our rugged TCCT and TCFC Series central chillers and tower systems are designed for the most demanding industrial situations that need high capacity process cooling.
