With its 20x20 ft island booth located at one of the show’s main entry ways, the company was able to showcase a new series of variable speed chillers that leads the temperature control industry with its accuracy and energy conservation design.

The response to this product introduction was excellent, as many existing and potential clients expressed their enthusiasm for the innovative design, as well as for the significant operating cost reductions the temperature control technology offers. In addition, the company’s extensive line up of water and oil cooled TCUs, all available with stainless steel enclosures, made a great impression on visitors who took the time to stop and discuss their applications with attending staff in the booth.

Leading the customer sales and support effort, Delta T Systems’ recently appointed Sales and Marketing Director Dan Brandenburg received a great deal of positive input on the unique product features, the need for innovation in temperature control applications, and the excellent fit of the equipment for jacketed vessels used in batch production systems as well as other equipment used in continuous process production systems.

Delta T Systems Heats Up The Plastic Extrusion Processing Show

variable speed chiller, food processing machinery, delta t systemsWith a brand new booth and an extensive product line-up of industry proven temperature control units (TCUs), Delta T Systems made quite a splash at Extrusion Expo 2017.  The Extrusion processing show is known for hosting technical sessions which educate the leading experts in the field on the latest technologies and advancements in compounding, sheet, film and pipe/profile/tubing.  Attendance at the technical sessions approached standing-room only as the brightest minds in the business presented and fielded questions.  Delta T Systems’ Chief Engineer Rick Holzhauer presented the latest developments in Variable Speed Chiller technologies to the Film breakout session.  The presentation was well received and Rick tailored the message to the audience’s desire to attain higher process reliability.

The company’s roots are grounded in this industry, and its engineering staff has many years of experience solving application specific problems with water and oil based temperature control units. Many new ideas were offered by enthusiastic visitors, many of whom had years of design, production and maintenance experience as well. Delta T Systems' sales staff made a point of cataloging suggestions as a group since innovation at the company is often driven by customers’ voicing of the needs that arise from practical experiences.

The Delta T Systems' staff will be evaluating new ideas and adopting the most promising ones, implementing them as new features or entire designs, as it seeks to support company growth strategies for temperature controls in the plastics extrusion industry.

Delta T Systems has experienced significant growth in this industry which many observers have considered to be a status quo market, both from a production unit installation, as well as a technological innovation perspective. Though a well-known brand in the industry with over 20 years of experience, the company still received a warm reception for its enhanced control systems; and its introduction of the energy saving VS Chiller series of products was a hit with many show attendees.
